The Sole Source Justification for this item is as follows: the technicall solution provided by Overwatch is best suited to interface with our existing equipment and will allow for future expandability/capability. The contractor shall provide the following: AVIDS Remote Control Unit with spares to include; card cages, power supply, AVID board, RCH board, software, and serial converter for PC) to Tyndall AFB, FL.
