This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HKB47253A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. This solicitation is issued as a service-disabled veteran owned set aside; the NAICS Code is 423610. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for the following product: Agilent 8563E Spectrum Analyzer ? Part #: 97J9693; amplitude scale units: dBmV, dBuA, A, V, W; Analyzer Settability: 5x10 7/year; Battery/AC; Bandwidth max: 26.5 GHz; Amplitude. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database by Thursday, 20 September 2007, at 4:00 pm (cst) will make a bidder ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
