- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond, Land and Maritime Supply Chain Detachment, intends to establish one or more Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) (IQC), consisting of a one-year base period, plus four, one-year option periods, covering seven NSNs against Solicitation SPM4MG-07-R-0009. The acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted using Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Currently the acquisition only encompasses NSNs managed by DSCR. This IQC has the following seven NSNs for FSC 3110 ? 3110-00-446-3211, 3110-00-446-3220, 3110-00-455-6179, 3110-00-455-6188, 3110-00-471-1756, 3110-00-954-5730, and 3110-01-311-0024. there is potential at a later date to add NSNs managed by DSCR, DSCC and/or DSCP. It is anticipated that more than one award will be made against this solicitation. The resultant contract(s) will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The Solicitation Number is SPM4MG-07-R-0009; IQC07180009003; RG07149002. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Contractor First Article Testing requirements apply to three (3) NSNs - 3110-00-455-6179, 3110-00-455-6188, and 3110-01-311-0024. Surge requirements apply to five (5) NSNs ? 3110-00-446-3211, 3110-00-446-3220, 3110-00-455-6179, 3110-00-455-6188, and 3110-01-311-0024. A surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer. The solicitation will be posted to DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about October 31, 2007.
