- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure Solar Pedestrian Beacons and other traffic control items for the Department of Public Safety at the Great Lakes Great Lakes Naval Station located in Great Lakes, Illinois. Quotes are due by 11:00 a.m., 28 September 2007 and may be e-mailed to bonnie.parker@navy.mil or faxed to either 757-443-1424 or 757-443-1327, attention Bonnie Parker. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334290 (Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing). Contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001, Dual Solar Pedestrian Beacons, 24 each; CLIN 0002, Crosswalk Signs, Size 24? X 24? Diamond Shaped, 24 each; and CLIN 0003, 10-Foot Poles with Octagonal Bases, 24 each. Technical questions must be directed to Bonnie Parker in writing via e-mail at bonnie.parker@navy.mil. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http: www.fedbizopps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. The Solicitation Number is N00189-07-T-0652 and the solicitation will be posted along with the synopsis. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
