- The Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA, US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Miscellaneous Virology Tubes and other supplies. The Government intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) (Note 22), for this requirement. The suggested source is ViroMed Laboratories, Inc., 6101 Blue Circle Dr., Eden Prairie, MN 55343-9108. The virology tubes, as well as many other commodities, will theoretically and technically offers similar or identical leve ls of performance. It is essential, however, that the laboratory utilizes the products that have proven to provide accurate test results. The frequent usages of these products make it impossible to maintain and rotate adequate stock levels. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their proposal. This information will be reviewed for consideration in future requirements
