- The Memphis District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding a contract for the preparation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and asbestos abatement for demolition of 65 housing units at Wherry Housing area at the Naval Support Act ivity in Millington, TN. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 562910. To qualify a s a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the proceeding 3 years not exceeding $13.0 million. The solicitation will issue on/about October 8, 2007 and bid opening date will be on/about November 8, 2007.
