- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to provide supplies needed to install chain link FENCE per the attached Scope of Work and Drawing for the Hebbronville Texas Border Patrol Station located in Hebbr onville, TX in strict accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein. This is a firm fixed price small construction project with an estimate of less than $25,000. This is a small business set-aside solicitation. Be advised that payrolls must be submitted for the time frame that actual installation of the fence is being performed. See attached information in the clause section of this document for payroll submission details.
