- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Defensor Fortis Load Carriage System (DF-LCS) with options for pouches. Basic order is 3,377 each with options for 2,512 each, 282 M240 Pouch Kits, 564 M249 Pouch Kits and 846 M203 Grena dier Kits. Delivery schedule has various delivery dates, see solicitation for details. Priority one units are due 45 days from date of award. Priority five units due 180 days ARO. Units must be shipped complete to multiple locations throughout the US a nd territories (CONUS and OCONUS). This is a HUBZone set-aside for a commercial item. NOTES: 9, 13 and 27 apply.
