- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense Public Affairs, Chief of Broadcast Engineering/Operations and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than ful l and open competition sole source basis to SHADOWSTONE, INC. This requirement is to provide a LED Lighting System with Design and Specification Services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later that Wednesday, 26 Sep 2007 @ 10:00am EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the capabilities of the requirement as posted on CCE website: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/rfp/rfp_1.asp under HQ0012-7242-0001, LED Lighting Systems PWS. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
