- Description
- The 10th Mission Support Group, Directorate of Contracting, United States Air Force Academy Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial contract to Uniques Solutions, Inc. This sole source acquisition is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is to purchase technical support for maintaining existing Contingency Support Exercise (CSE) classroom software. This software includes Geographic Information System (GIS), ArcMap, GeoBase, GeoBEST, CAPP and other related Air Force software products. Unique Solutions, Inc. is the only contractor intimately familiar with the CSE software system. A registered GIS developer must accomplish this work. This work requires extensive knowledge with the CSE Code in addition to in-depth GIS programming. Uniques Solutions, Inc. is the only source that can satisfy the government's requirements. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 511210 and the size standard is $23M. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they can provide the maintenance must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim no later than 25 September 2007, 12:00 PM, MDT. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome the restriction of proprietary rights. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
