- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M3T47263A001and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334514 with an 500 Employee size standard. (v) Contractors shall submit a quote for Qty:1 Each, Turbine Flow Meter Kit for 1987 Tristate R-12 Refueler Or Equal. (vi) Turbine Flow Meter Kit.Mfr: ATAP, Inc P/N: 794-23-800-01AT.
