This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HRA17228A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set aside; the NAICS Code is 511210. Maintenance for SecureOffice Trusted -One year maintenance (Period of Performance 1 October 2007 to 30 September 2008) P/N: 1072A (Quantity: 6) Maintenance for Virus Scanning Trusted -One year maintenance (Period of Performance 1 October 2007 to 30 September 2008) P/N: 1074A (Quantity: 6) Maintenance for SecureOffice Trusted -Additional 1-4 CPUs. One year maintenance (Period of Performance 1 October 2007 to 30 September 2008) P/N: 1072A (Quantity: 4) All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database by Thursday, 20 September 2007, at 4:00 pm (cst) will make a bidder ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
