Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0093 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-20, effective 17 September, 2007.(iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561790 and the small business size standard $6.5M. (v) The Contractor shall provide the following items: LINE ITEM 0001Cleaning of exhaust Hoods & Ducts cleaning for 21 DMAFB facilities per performance work statement (PWS). LINE ITEM 0002 Cleaning of Dryer vents for 32 DMAFB facilities per PWS. LINE ITEM 0003 Cleaning of Paint Booths for 5 DMAFB facilities per PWS.The contractor shall not use any substances that do not comply with federal law concerning reduction of ozone depleting chemicals.DM001 If applicable, the Arizona / City Business Use Fee have been included in this price. Contractors who do not have the ability to submit electronic invoices after October 1, 2007, should provide the documentation/rationale showing their inability to submit electronically to the Contracting Office, with a copy provided to the DFAS payment office. The Contracting Officer and DFAS payment office shall review any such documentation submitted and notify the contractor whether paper invoices will continue to be accepted. Any non-electronic invoices submitted after October 1, 2007, shall be rejected unless the contractor has provided the documentation/rationale to the Contracting Officer and DFAS payment office by September 1, 2007. (vi) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial and 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies.
