Description
NSN 1670-01-052-3696, PR IQC07226009010, SPM4A7-08-R-0033. This item is a Chute Assembly, Four Vane Pilot. The item description cites a Qualified Products List (QPL) applies, I/A/W DLT-6645J. In accordance with P/N J114044-501. First Article Preproduction approval required, Government Testing. Sample Quantity shall consist of (1) each. Textile Samples shall be sent to the First Article Monitor. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The total required delivery is 440 days ARO. (The RFP will show a breakdown of the delivery) The DLA Direct shipment location is within CONUS, (DDSP) Susquehanna, PA and (DDJC) San Joaquin, CA. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity which is 211 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 53 each is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 421 each. This is solicited on an unrestricted basis, full & Open After Exclusion of Sources. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. The solicitation issue date is October 9, 2007. The closing date is November 9, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
