- Provide appropriate opportunities for middle school (grades 6-8) and senior high school (grades 9-12) students to develop a pluralistic, spiritually or religiously based framework for daily living. Youth Religious Activities services are specificall y non-denominational in scope, applied within a pluralistic military community environment, and must accommodate the free exercise needs of all participants. The need for specialized Youth Religious Activities is outlined in AR 165-1. Agencies (individua ls or organizations) providing specialized, professional Youth Religious Activities (hereafter referred to as the Contractor ) will provide weekly youth meetings for middle and senior high youth of assigned installation personnel and conduct other youth r eligious activities to include community projects, retreats and camps, and mentoring programs. The Contractor shall perform promotional endeavors and advertising campaigns, maintain adequate records of functions, attendance, and materials needed, project the timely supply of needed material and classroom supplies for study events and/or youth meetings, conduct volunteer training and youth leader development classes, and answer community inquiries regarding the youth of the chapel activities and outreach pr ograms.
