- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard is procuring one left hand 4? bender. Installation, and training of personnel is part of this requirement. FOB Destination Bremerton WA 98314. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO Website on or about 24 September 2007 with and closing on or about 28 September 2007. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm fixed priced supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible souces may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals is not available at this time.
