Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) No, FA7012-07-T-0058. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334310, with an emloyee size standard of 750. If proposing an OR EQUAL product, offerors must submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating the capabilities to satisfy the requirement specified above, or a product sample. The documentation shall include prices and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Only written responses will be considered. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUBMISSION OF THE INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED OR REIMBURSE EXPENSES INCURRED TO INTERESTED PARTIES FOR RESPONSES TO THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: AWARD WILL BE MADE ON AN ALL OR NONE BASIS. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Supplies will be inspected at destination/government, accepted at destination/government. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will select the best overall offer based on price and other factors considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation; will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If additional information is required to support price reasonableness, each offeror may be requested to provide a hard copy of their price break-down. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in an offeror?s quote being determined unacceptable.
