- Description
- The government intends to issue an unrestrictive procurement for Gaseous Hydrogen (GH2), Type I, IAW MIL-PRF-27201 dated 07 February 2007. The NSN is 9135-00-823-8133. The anticipated performance period is from 01 Oct 07 through 30 Sep 10. This requirement is FOB Destination in government furnished trailers to Arnold AFB, TN. It is intended to use the GH2 as a fuel in a light gas gun. The estimated quantities over the three year period are 450 cubic feet (MC), with a routine 7 day delivery requirement, and 150 MC for peak period replenishments over the three year period with a 24 hour delivery notice requirement. There will be a CLIN for trailer evacuation and purging, and a CLIN for detention. The contract resulting from the solicitation will be a three-year, firm fixed priced, requirements type contract. The subject solicitation will be issued on or about 06 July 07 to the FedBizOpps page at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you do not have Internet Access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written, emailed, or faxed copies received directly from the requester will be acceptable.
