- Description
- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for an answering service for the 45th Medical Group. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance/expected delivery date is 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. Four one-year options may be awarded. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0235 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 7389, business size of 6.5M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561421. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 06 August 2007 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-5136), or e-mail.
