The scope of work for this project includes construction of approximately 135,000 square foot concrete and masonry addition complete with all major building systems, finishes, paving and landscaping, and relocation and construction of a new BMEU building. The total period for construction of the project will be 360 days from the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed.
