- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of 25,345 rentable square feet of office space in South Burlington, Vermont within the following delineated area: North: College Parkway to Maple Street to River Road.; South: Interstate 89.; East: North Williston Road.; West: Interstate 89. The space should yield 22,039 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully-serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Existing space is preferred, but new construction alternatives will be considered as long as the space can be occupied by fourth quarter 2008.
