- Description
- The Government is interested in seeking vendors that are interested in re-modeling. The project consists of an existing open office areas next to the fitness room. It will include a mens/womens locker room for the staff utilizing the fitness facility. The project will be approximately 1000 sqr. ft. renovation of existing open office area. Work will include minor selective demolition (plumbing, HVAC, wing walls, carpet), new walls, ceiling, lights, updated HVAC, new plumbing, doors, interior transom windows, relocated lockers, tile and carpet finishes. The re-model was designed by Tenant Planning Services and the estimated construction cost ranges between $150,000 and $250,000.
