- Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 3,271 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office, laboratory, and related space within a ten (10) mile radius of the intersection of US Interstate 81 and US Interstate 64 in the vicinity of Staunton, Virginia. Unique Requirements: 1. Offered space must be located on the first floor of the building. 2. Twelve reserved parking spaces are required, as well as sufficient space for employee and visitor parking. 3. Approximately 225 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of laboratory space are required, to include a plastic laminate counter with a double-bowl stainless steel sink, cabinets, and an exhaust fan that vents outside the building. 4. Mens and womens restrooms and one unisex shower room are required within the offered space. Delineated Area: The delineated area for this project is within a ten (10) mile radius of the intersection of US Interstate 81 and US Interstate 64. Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is required before June 1, 2009. Expression of interest shall be submitted no later than September 21, 2007 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Footage and Rental Rate per ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Foot.
