- This is a combined sysnopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-07-T-0595 applies and is issued as a Request For quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2007-09-13. The NAICS code is 334290. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. The agency need is for: ITEM 0001: Qty: 55 Each, Remote Control Systems MFR Model #HARRIS, RF5800R-RC-RC111 Do not substitute. This requirement is Brand Name. HARRIS REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM is the only acceptable system that is compatible with the existing radio system. Delivery is FOB Destination to Defense Distribution San Joaquin Tracy Depot Bldg 30 CCP, 5600 Chrisman Rd, Tracy Ca 95376. All services/material awarded under this contract are expected to be delivered 120 days after the award is placed with the successful offeror. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and price-related factors. The following Provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.203-3 Gratuities (Apr 1984), FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Comm Items (Sep 2006), FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Comm. Destination (Nov 1991), DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Jun 2005), DFARS 252-225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program (Jun 2005), DFARS 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities (Jan 2007), DFARS 252.243-7002, Requests for Equitable Adjustment (Mar 1998).
