- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) San Diego, CA intends to award a sole source contract to Petroleum Analyzer Company (dba PAC) for an Ultra Low Sulfur Analyzer. The requirement is for a firm fixed price supply contract. Delivery shall take place between 4-6 weeks after receipt of order and shall be quoted as F.O.B. San Diego. The applicable NAICS code for this action is 213112 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million in revenue. This announcement does not constitute a request for competitive proposals.
