- This is notice that USAMRAA intends to make a sole source award to MHS Insight. The government is purchasing Software Maintenance for 3,500 licenses that are required to support EIDS MHS Insight. MHS INSIGHT provides a performance management tool t o all MHS users to periodically review and actively manage business, operational, and clinical activities from Health Affairs, the TRICARE Management Activity, and the Army, Navy and Air Force Medical Departments (including local military treatment facilit ies (MTFs), intermediate commands, and headquarters). This executive level management display tool or tool-set accomplishes this mission. MHS Insight is a web based solution that improves the users ability to set, monitor and achieve strategic performance goals, and quickly and accurately communicates performance information to all levels of the MHS. This notice is for annual software maintenance to support pre-existing software. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
