- The Solicitation is AMENDED to read as follows: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a n otice of the Govt intent to award a Sole Source firm fixed price contract to Cutera, Inc. for 1 EACH PN XEO, Vantage System w/ Np Yag Laser with console and Navigation w/1 year warranty to include 2 each operator, service and parts manuals for Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. TOTAL PRICE______________ This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures IAW FAR Part 12 and 6.302-1 for Other than Full and Open Competition. This notice is neither a request for a competitive pro posal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Govt. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whethe r to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
