- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offerors should check the FebBizOpps website often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS CODE 424720 (SIC 2911) WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 100 EMPLOYEES. The USACE, Engineering Research & Development Center (ERDC), Information Technology Laboratory has a need for the following: 15,000 Gallons of Off-Road, Tax-Exempt Diesel Fuel to be delivered on two separate dates: 7,500 gallons delivered on 18 September 2007 and 7,500 gallons delivered on 28 September 2007. Delivery FOB shall be made to USACE/ERDC/ITL, 1165 Porters Chapel Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180. This procurement may be quoted as follows: CLIN 0001: OFF-ROAD, TAX-EXEMPT DIESEL FUEL, Quantity 15,000, Unit: GALLON, Unit Price:___________, Total Amount:__________. Total Quote, including delivery:__________. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors MUST INCLUDE a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer, or provide notification that Representations and Certifications are available on the ORCA website. Award CANNOT be made unless you are registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Registering electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. will expedite the process. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
