- S--Synopsis: This proposed procurement is Set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. Estimated cost of requirement is between $10,000.00 and $25,000.00 for specified period of one year for all three location s. Work consists of supplying all equipment, materials, labor and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services at the following locations:8245 B Dickerson Lane, Avalon Plaza Shopping Center, Salisbury, MD; 2615 Houseley Road, Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD; Calvert Village Shopping Center, Stores #18 and 20, Prince Frederick, MD and 6163 Oxon Hill Road, Rivertown Commons Shopping Center, Oxon Hill, MD. The services shall be rendered in strict accordance with the statement of work/specifications included in the request for quotations bid package. The services shall be rendered three days per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except Federal holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. at the Salisbury, MD and Annapolis, MD locations. The lo cations at Prince Frederick, MD and Oxon Hill, MD shall be cleaned two days per week, Tuesday and Thursday except Federal holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. The period of performance shall be 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008 w ith four possible option years through 2012. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through whic h the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. Contractors may download the request for quotations package in an electronic format, free of charge to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)--a one time registration process for vendors/contractors--Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendors, go to: https://www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
