- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available through ASFI (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W912LM-07-T-0099. The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN requires the following: 22 Each 901 Hand Held Foam in Place Packaging Machine, MFG: Sealed Air Corporation, P/N: 1001SR-01; 22 Barrels Instapak A0000-055 (550 Pounds per barrel), MFG: Sealed Air Corporation, P/N: 100039698; 22 Barrels B75 55 (47 0 Pounds per barrel), MFG: Sealed Air Corporation, P/N: 100039705; 22 Each Instamate Film P8096, MFG: Sealed Air Corporation, P/N: 100005366; and 22 Gallons Solvent, MFG: Sealed Air Corporation, P/N: 1095AF-02. Items will be delivered to Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 effective 17 August 2007.
