- USPFO for Georgia intends to award a sole source procurement to Telephonics, A Griffon Company, 770 Park Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743. The award will be made for the purchase of ICS Secure Radio Sets for the UH-60L/A Aircraft. This procurement is be ing made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonics, A Griffon Company, is singular, unique in the market place. All interested sources must respond not later than 24 September 1500 hours EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government .
