- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement - White Sands Missile Range intends to award a contract IAW FAR 6.302-1 for the installation of a Optellios FPR 100-2 In Ground Detection System to MCB Enterprise, Inc. DBA Security & Access Syste ms, of 3811 Rutledge Road NE, A lbuquerque NM. Security & Access Systems installed the existing alarm system in which the Optellios FPR 100-2 In Ground Detection System must be intergrated with. Award to any other contractor to install the system will v oid the existing five year warranty. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
