- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Director of Contracting,Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1)with Syscom Services Inc., 1010 Wayne Avenue, Suite 320, Silver Spring, MD 20910. The contractor shall p rovide Fujitsu 4120 scanner and annual support; Cardiff teleform v10.1 desktop edition and annual support. This is an emergency purchase and Syscom Services is the only company that fulfills the mission critical component of the software that is used to a ssist in data collection during epidemiological consultations conducted by the Disease Epidemiology Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 423430 and the size standard is 100. Interested persons may ide ntify their interest in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, September 18, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solic itation of offers.
