- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with K&R Custom Software, Inc., 739 Thimble Shoals Blvd., Suite 302, New Port News, VA 23606-3562. The contractor shall provide Telephone Management System (TMS) custom software to upgrade and ensure compatibility of existing GUI/PIN operating system. This specific TMS software is proprietary and K&R Custom Software, Inc holds the patented technology. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $23.0M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Inquiries to this notice must be r eceived no later than 6:00 PM, Eastern Time, Wednesday, September 17, 2007.
