- Contractor shall furnish eight (8) Under Vehicle Surveillance Systems (UVSS) installed at designated locations on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The system must be able to withstand a high traffice volume and extremely heavy loads. It must be able to handle any wheeled vehicle weight and view any vehicle length. The system must include a scene camera which views vehicle license plate and driver. The system must maintain a digital phot record of vehicle undercarriage and recorded CCTV for scene camera. The system must have a minimum standoff system of 100 meters between the UVSS and the control/monitoring station. The system must have a automatic license plate number (Kuwait) reader capability and to conduct imagery comparisons on the same vehicle from the last visit. The contractor shall provide maintenance and repairs of the UVSS and associated installation work for a period of one (1) year. The contractor will respond to all repairs and service calls within 72 hours of notification. The contractor shal l privide a two (2) year warranty, to include parts, labor, and all associated expenses, on the UVSS and installation work.
