- Description
- The Wiesbaden Contracting Center seeks competitive offers for automated uniform cleaning and exchange systems for Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), located in Landstuhl Kirchberg, Germany. Requirement is to provide, install and configure two turnkey systems for collecting used scrubs and lab coats and dispensing clean garments. Systems must be able to provide electronic access control and tracking of garments issued to individual users by use of new or existing ID cards. Systems must be cap able of identifying garments to individual users to ensure proper return. Systems must be capable of dispensing folded garments or garments on hangers, and garments must be selectable by size or name. Systems must be able to track garments for inventory purposes and to restrict issue to users until the prior garments have been returned. This is a commercial procurement under Far Part 12. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CM-07-T-0216 will be issued on or about 19 September 2007 and quotes will be due not later than 25 September 2007. All interested parties may submit offers that will be considered. RFQ will be available only in electronic format and will be available at ASFI and the WCC Bidboard at http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc/VENDOR/BidBoard.htm.
