- The US Government has a unfunded requirement, (BUT SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS) for purchase and delivery of one (1) each compact sweeper in accordance with the customer's minimum requirement and all international standards for this item available. All quotes will be evaluated based on the following: (1) Technical Evaluation, (2) Price, and (3) Past Performance. Award will be made on a ?all or none basis?. Initial contract shall be completed ?on or before 90 calendar days? after issuance of the purchase order.
