- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for procurement of a used supine bicycle exercise ergometry (SBEE) stress echocardiography table for the US Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine at Brooks City-Base, Texas. BIS Technologies will be the offering vendor. The 311 Human Systems Wing/PKBA intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
