- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-20 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2007-09-06. Size standard is 750 employees. NAICS is 334220. The 412 TW/MX has a requirement for the following brand name or equal item: ViaSat, Inc., Part # VA-017000-0030, 1 Each, TS-4528A/U Multi-Channel DAMA Orderwire Channel Controller Trainer/Simulator System (DOCCT/S), Two-Channel, with OEB, Field/Flight Local RF:; included redundant power supply, -183A channel control capability equipment and installation and training support services. DOCCT/S is rugged, portable, turnkey UHF SatCom test and training system that replicates UHF SatCom Demand Assigned Multiple Access (DAMA) network control station and network terminal operations for use in laboratories. Quote shall include Freight FOB Edwards AFB CA 93524 with Delivery 9 MARO. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the ViaSat, TS-4528A/U DOCCT/S described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing complete quote including delivery FOB destination Edwards AFB CA 93524. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
