- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the reference number is 07TC729. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 and DFARS change notice 20070906. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 323115. The size standard is 500 employees. The offeror must quote on an all or none basis, state discount terms, and warranty information. The contractor shall provide the following items: Item 0001: QTY-20 EA, SHRINKWRAP TO COVER BACK HALF OF EACH SIDE OF THE LACKLAND AFB BUSES USING 3M PRODUCTS, ?OR EQUAL.? THERE ARE 10 BUSES TO BE WRAPPED @ 2 SIDES PER BUS = 20 PIECES OF SHRINKWRAP THAT ARE APPROXIMATELY 20 FT X 9 FT EACH. TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION AND LAMINATION OF SHRINKWRAP. Item 0002: QTY-10 EA, SHRINKWRAP TO COVER THE REAR OF THE LACKLAND AFB BUSES USING 3M PRODUCTS, ?OR EQUAL.? APPROXIMATELY 10 FT X 9 FT. TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION AND LAMINATION OF SHRINKWRAP. Item 0003: QTY-10 EA, LABOR TO PREP ART WORK AND REINSTALL LIGHTS, IF NECESSARY. NOTE: PLEASE CONTACT TSGT THOMAS HOLGUIN TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK, PICTURES, AND APPLICABLE WAGE DETERMINATION. VENDOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO OBTAIN EXACT MEASUREMENTS AFTER AWARD IS MADE. ARTWORK/DESIGN FOR SHRINKWRAP WILL BE SUPPLIED BY LACKLAND AFB. VENDORS SHALL ASSUME ALL LIABILITY WHILE VEHICLES ARE IN THEIR POSSESSION. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions.
