- ACC AMIC/PKA intends to make a sole source award to Remotec, Inc. in support of Air Combat Command. ACC/A7XE requires radios, Plow Kits, and Block 1 Antenna Assembly Upgrade Kits for the HD-1 robotic platform. Remotec, Inc. is the orginial manufacturer of these HD-1 accessories, and is the only provider of these items. The source of the statutory authority permitting this acquisition method is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as stated in FAR 6.302-1.
