Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole source contract for upgrades to an existing aircraft live-fire simulator. This is a follow-on action to a previously synopsized contract, and performance will commence upon execution of the contract. The award will be made to Fisher Scientific Company LLC, 5904-D Hampton Oaks Parkway, Tampa, FL 33610. Services under this award consist of upgrading the aircraft's existing wing structure. Statutory authority for this sole source award is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
