- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3H1M17220A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set aside; the NAICS Code is 423210. The contractor shall complete the below work. Drawings will be forthcoming. Outfit Rooms 16 & 17 for 338th Combat Trainining Squadron schoolhouse project. The JPEG file (Instructor Pit) is the proposed layout for Room 16. The plan is to fit 26 instructors in that room. Each station will outfitted with two CPUs w/one monitor between the two. The monitor will be controlled by a KVM switch. It is vital that there is a 3? ft separation between CPUs. In room 16, each station should have an overhead hutch. Room 17 will be filled with the ?Course Supes? and they will require more space. Additionally the wall in room 17c will be moved out and will be converted into a private office for the Operations Superintendent. The Operations Superintendent will need an ?L? desk w/hutch. We want to put 5 ?Course Supes? in room 17 plus the Ops Superintendent in room 17c for a total of 6 people in that area. Prefer that all Course Supes have their own ?L? desk w/hutch. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database by Friday, 21 September 2007, at 4:00 pm (cst) will make a bidder ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
