- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0643 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-19 (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 423850, small business size standard 100 Employees. (v) Purchase of fire-resistive BDU(Battle Dress Uniform)s, Woodland Print camouflage pattern, NFPA 1975 compliant. Specifically, 250 ? 300 BDU trousers, sizes small/x-short through large/long, and 275 ? 325 BDU shirts, sizes x-small/reg through large/long. Final quantities are dependant on unit prices. (vi) Quoted unit prices to include all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges. (vii) Delivery to be FOB Destination, Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ, within 30 days ARO. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
