- Provide GI Lab Procedures at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System from December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2008 with four one-year options to extent the term of the contract. The amount of the procedures is estimated at 500 per year. Physicians that work under this contract must have a current valid unrestricted license and will be required to be a board certified and MD Privileged and Credentialed by the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. A background investigation will be required and must be completed prior to entering data into the computer system. The solicitation will be issued as commercial item procurement in accordance with Part 12 and in accordance with Far Part 15, contracting by negotiation. The issue date will be O/A October 2, 2007.
