- The VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with Baxa Corporation 14445 Grasslands Drive, Englewood, CO 80112. This BOS announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Request for Quotation is RFQ-VA-605-07-4-077-0243. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423450 and the Small Business Standard is $100 Employees. The Contractor shall provide a Rapid Fill Automated Syringe Filling System complete with manual, USP 797 training binder and a 2 year warranty with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week technical support and maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
