- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Traffic Organization, intends to award a single source contract to Immix Technology, Incorporated, a small business, at 2010 Corporate Ridge, McLean, VA. The requirement is to provide license and maintenance support for GoldenGate Delivery for Open Systems Software at five (5) locations. The software is installed on equipment located in New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, Kansas and California. The maintenance support is GoldenGate package Tier 2. The period of performance is one base year and two, priced option years. The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the decision in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4. GoldenGate software is proprietary and Immix Technology is the only authorized provider of maintenance services that can meet the FAA's support requirements by the September 29, 2007 deadline. If your firm believes it can fulfill the requirement, please provide evidence of your firm's capability and experience in meeting the requirements above and the FAA will evaluate that information accordingly. All responses to this Public Announcement must be in writing, on company letterhead, and must demonstrate that the company meets the stated requirements. Limit responses to 4 pages.
