- SCOPE: Contractor shall repair any salvageable lavatory units (sink structures) and remove, replace, and dispose of all unused materials in the female lavatory space (2-267-2-L) onboard the USCGC HAMILTON (WHEC 715) as identified below in the requirements section. BACKGROUND: Female 16 lavatory space was recently inspected and found in unsatisfactory condition. Due to said condition, upgrades and replacements are required during our next in port period to bring the space up to suitable conditions. Estimated job start time is early September 2007. REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall perform the following: -Remove (01 EA) existing lavatory unit (sink structure). -Fabricate and install each double lavatory unit (sink structure) 48? L with frame, mirror, light with receptacles, tray, and faucet to match the same configuration as existing sink structure. -Fabricate and install (01 EA) powder coated cleaning gear locker, 18? W X 20? D X 68? H with 3? H crescent base. (Powder coat color standard beige). Install locker on opposite bulkhead of the sink. -Remove and dispose of existing shower faucets. -Provide and install 02 EA new shower faucets, 02 EA new crescent soap trays, and 02 EA new robe hooks (on exterior of shower stalls). -Reseal both shower stalls. -Remove both existing water closet enclosures and fabricate and install 02 EA new crescent water closet enclosures using 03 EA panels that measure 27-12? X 54? H X 1-1/4? D. -Fabricate and install 02 EA new crescent style doors that measure 4? X 1-1/2? D X 94? H. -Provide and install 02 EA new metal toilet paper holders. -Provide and install 01 EA new metal paper towel dispenser.
