- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSCG81-07-Q-3YT204, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 315299 and Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Item Description: TAN COVERALLS, LONG SLEEVES, 65%POLYESTER, 35% COTTON BLEND, 7.5 OZ TWILL SOFTWARE TREATMENT, CONCEALED TWO WAY BRASS ZIPPER, FRONT CLOSURE WITH SNAP AT TOP AND NECK, HEMMED BARREL SLEEVES, CUFF WITH HIDDEN SNAPS, TWO HIP PATCH POCKETS, TWO UPPER PATCH POCKETS WITH CONCEALED PENCIL POCKETS, TWO LOWER FRONT WET IN POCKETS, RULER POCKET, SIDE VENT OPENING, PLEATED BI-SWING BACK, SIZED T BE WORN OVER CLOTHES. QUANTITY: 494 EACH, VARIOUS SIZES 36R THRU 56T. Place of Acceptance: Destinations: USCG ISC PORTSMOUTH, 4000 Coast Guard BLVD, Portsmouth, VA 23703. Required Delivery Date is October 25, 2007.
