- This combined synopsis/solicitation is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order for 37 portable toilets and 1 handicapped portable toilet as follows: Toilets shall be anchored so as to remain standing in all weather conditions and shall be serviced a minimum of twice weekly. Toilets shall be in good condition and maintained as such. Door latches shall be in perfect working condition, vents must be clean at all times, toilets must be clean with no visible dirt, dust or graffiti in them. Also an adequate supply of toilet paper to last between services must be supplied. Toilets shall be cleaned twice weekly. Cleaning shall include the entire unit, vents, floors, etc. If toilets are reported as being left uncleaned/unserviced, the vendor will be notified and must take action to correct the deficiency within 24 hours of notice. Units located on the Driver Training Ranges can only be serviced between the hours of 11:15 am and 12:30 pm, or by special approval of the FLETC point of contact. Quote must include a line for relocation of toilets. The period of performance is October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is set aside to small businesses. Offerors are notified that the Government can cancel this service at any time by providing 30 days written notice before the cancellation date. Each offeror is required to enter into http://www.orca.bpn.gov its certifications and representation required by provision FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
